Estimated Shipping Time

All orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipped from our store centrally located in Kansas City. This is our average, however just like everyone else... when we get flooded with orders processing time is extended. Of course we understand when you can't get it together, just plain forgot to order, or were busier then expected. Let us know if you need priority processing.

Priority Processing

Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day Air and Express Saver Priority and Standard Ground delivery is an additional $8 handling charge. How this works? Orders must be received by Planters no later than 2pm CDT. If there are several orders ahead of yours and your order will not process until the following day, $8 will move your order to the front of the line. Of course if there's no line this will not apply.

Standard Shipping

FedEx Ground is our standard method of shipping. Typical delivery times will vary with area. Average delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is FedEx Ground. USPS is an option. Please call 816-842-3651 to arrange for USPS shipping.

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship out of the United States.


We strive to keep all items in stock 100% of the time. In the event any item is backordered, we will send it to you promptly upon our receipt. It will be sent to you with no additional charge for shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to do our best, however, if we have made an error on your order, please accept our apologies. Contact us at 877-397-0566 within 10 days of the invoice date and we will gladly fix the problem. We will refund the purchase price excluding shipping cost of any item returned to us with prior authorization that has been returned unopened, unused and is in NEW condition. Item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date. Refund amount will be determined and issued no more than 10 days after our receipt and inspection of the item. Items ordered in error or using the wrong number will not be exchanged. A refund request must be made following the above guideline, a restocking fee of 25% may apply. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for all returns.
