Dip Mix - Smoked Jalapeno

Traditional Original Recipe: Combine 16 ozs. Sour Cream and 2 Tbsp. Dip Mix. Mix well, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Mix well again and serve.

Optional Recipe: Combine 3/4 cup Sour Cream, 1/4 cup mayonaise and 2 Tbsp. Dip Mix. Mix well, refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix well again and serve.

Cream Cheese Spread: Rehydrate 2½ Tbsp. Dip Mix with 1½ Tbsp. Club Soda for 2 minutes. Add 8 ozs. Cream Cheese and thoroughly whip. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Do not use Club Soda if using fat free Cream Cheese.

Ingredients: Chipotle and other chili peppers, dehydrated onion, salt, maltodextrin, dehydrated garlic, soybean oil, maltodextrin, natural mesquite smoke flavor, and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
